On-site services and travel fees are services that Calla offers to the bride if she is unable to travel to the salon due to an inconvenience. Calla is very willing and able to travel to any wedding destination! If travel requires an hour or more than 60 miles round trip, there will be a $125 Fee per hour of round trip travel. In the case of bad to severe weather, hotel accommodations are required. Out-of-state, on-site travel services are available as well. The bride must provide flight, ground transportation and hotel accommodations.

I use high quality foundations and cosmetic lines to apply traditional makeup. A water resistant option is available which can create a quick sheer to full flawless coverage.

This is a new and innovative way to apply foundation that was developed for photography purposes. We use an air compressor that distributes air evenly and a hydroproof, thin liquid foundation is applied. The feeling of this is very light, and can create a sheer to full coverage. Wearability is normally 12+ hours or more.

A $100 downpayment is required at the time of booking. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the wedding, the deposit will be returned in full.

Come in for a trial hair and make-up appointments with veil, headpiece and any inspiration images you may have collected.

Come in for a haircut and color, any facial treatments or any hair extension needs.

It’s here! Make sure to wash your hair the night before or the morning of. Ensure to avoid SPF on this day as it can cause a bad reflection in professional photography, encourage your bridal party to also avoid wearing SPF. Wearing a button down or zip up shirt is recommended. You are welcome to bring in food and beverages for your bridal party to enjoy. Feel free to let me know if you need any assistance with anything. Cancellations require a 7 day notice prior to the service date. Cancellations not made within 7 days will be charged the full amount of the services stated in the agreement. Cancellations due

to emergencies & illness are considered on a case-by-case basis per Calla’s discretion.

Calla cannot guarantee that the full service(s) you requested will be performed should you arrive late. However, she will do her best to be accommodating and perform everything she can at that time.

All agreements will be made in writing. Any changes to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing (Contact Calla via email, but no changes will be made until written notice has been received). Changes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the service date.
